Amanda is a Master Aesthetician with over a decade of experience in medical aesthetics. A South Florida native, she graduated at the top of her class as a Licensed Medical Esthetician (LME) from the Florida College of Natural Health.

She holds a prestigious Master Hydrafacial® certification and is deeply committed to continuing education, consistently staying at the forefront of emerging techniques and advancements in aesthetics. Amanda has advanced training across a range of medical-grade skincare lines and serves as a SkinCeuticals brand ambassador.

Passionate about helping patients achieve their healthiest, most radiant skin, Amanda combines a strong foundation in skin science with extensive hands-on experience to create highly customized, in-office facial treatments. She specializes in acne-prone skin and is affectionately known as the “extraction ninja” for her meticulous technique and impressive results. Amanda also excels in developing effective, easy-to-follow skincare regimens tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Outside of the treatment room, Amanda is a skilled medical tattoo artist and an avid roller skater, bringing the same creativity, precision, and energy to everything she does.

Originally from Colombia, Ana moved to the United States at the age of eleven. She and Dr. Dozier began working together at another practice the year Ana graduated from high school, where she quickly developed a love for dermatology and the field’s elegant balance of science and artistry. With over three years of hands-on experience in both clinical and cosmetic dermatology, Ana brings a deep understanding of patient care and the thoughtful details that transform dermatologic treatment into a refined patient experience.

As our Medical Assistant, Ana is an essential part of our team, supporting exceptional patient care and the seamless daily flow of our office. She is also a licensed Phlebotomist and performs in-office blood draws, offering added convenience and comfort for our patients for PRP and blood work tests. Fluent in English and Spanish, she fosters clear communication and genuine connections across our diverse patient community. Her goal is simple yet powerful: to ensure every aspect of the patient experience reflects the elevated, personalized, intentional, and community-driven care we are known for.  Beyond day-to-day operations, Ana plays a key role in our social media and marketing initiatives, helping bring our office’s vision to life both in-office and online. 

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Aaliyah has always been passionate in helping others feel confident in their skin and with their hair.  As our dedicated Patient Coordinator and certified Holistic Trichologist, she brings over three years of experience in dermatology and aesthetics to our practice. 

As our Patient Coordinator, Aaliyah serves as the primary concierge for our patients, guiding them through every step of their dermatologic journey. From personalized scheduling, pre and post-treatment support, to ensuring a refined and curated experience before, during, and after each visit, she helps define the exceptional standard of care our patients expect and deserve.

A certified Holistic Trichologist, Aaliyah specializes in the evaluation of complex hair and scalp conditions, including hair thinning, hair loss, and various forms of alopecia. Working alongside Dr. Dozier’s medical expertise, she delivers a thoughtful, integrative, and holistic approach to hair restoration, allowing us to provide the most complete, well-rounded treatment plans at every stage of hair and scalp care.

Building on her expertise in hair and scalp health, Aaliyah is currently enrolled in nursing school, further advancing her clinical knowledge and dedication to the field of dermatology.
